Our new Online City Portal has the ability to assist you with the following:

• Report a Violation Concern to Code Enforcement
• Report an issue to Public Works Departments: Streets, Utility Maintenance, request Road Closure
• Apply for a City Contractor License
• Apply for a Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing Permit
• Request an Inspection
• Check the status of an Inspection
• Review Zoning requirements and applications for Board of Adjustment and Planning Commission

To register, click the Sign-Up button in the top right corner of this screen and follow the instructions.  If you have any issues with registration, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Building/Permitting:

• Permit Applications – Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Demolition or Signs
• Process Permit Fee Payments
• Submit/Up-load required documents
• Request Inspections – Cutoff time is 5 pm daily for the next available inspection date
• View Inspection results

Code Enforcement:

• Report a Violation Concern
• View Violation Inspection or Abatement Results
• See Public Hearing Notification and/or Results

Planning & Zoning:

• Planning & Zoning Commission Application
• Subdivision Regulations
• Development Plan
• Easement Requirements
• Right-of-Way or Zoning Change

Public Works:

• Report a Violation or Concern to the Street Department
• Report a Violation or Concern to the Utility Maintenance Department
• Request a Street Closure
• Report a Violation or Concern to the Stormwater Department
• Report a Pothole, sewer leak, water leak or clogged culvert

The Community Development and Public Works Offices are open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5: 30 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.  Please note the offices close daily from noon to 1 PM for lunch.
